Bartimaeus Meme by oeisprinzo Bartimaeus Meme by oeisprinzo
My first meme! lol And of course it's for as obscure a fandom as the Bartimaeus Trilogy. Blank meme can be found here: [link]

A fantastic trio of books! You should read them if you haven't yet. IMHO, Stroud's newest project (Heroes of the Valley) isn't quite as innovative or exciting.

Haha, yep Ring of Solomon is about the only new Stroud project that I'm excited about . I'm wondering what the narration style is going to be, though. It'll probably be encapsulated entirely within the past, but I'm hoping that it will be framed within the context of the present (i.e. the whole Solomon story is presented as an extended analepsis, or smthng?). So that while the overall story is mired in the past, Bart has some range to pull Nathaniel into the syuzhet, so to speak. That would make my day :boogie:. </obsessive conjecture>

Err..Great minds think alike? Lol =) I asked JS this question on the Bartiforums if you've heared of it, whether or not Barti is narrirating in post Trilogy perspective, hes yet to answer, he should answer before the books comes out. But then will we be able to tell exactly what Barti was like when he was only 2 thousand years old? Hope we can have the best of both worlds! Im XD excited for either way
